By accepting and submitting payment for a custom commission, you are confirming you have read and agree to Peach Hound's TOS.

Order Process

​

You must be 18 years or older to commission Peach Hound. If you are under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian will need to contact on your behalf. A full description and/or photos will need to be provided first to Peach Hound to build your quote. Your quote is valid and will be honored for 90 days from the time it is provided by Peach Hound. As pricing is subject to change, you will need to reach out for a new quote after 90 days have passed.

Payment

​

All prices are reflected in USD and are non-negotiable. Peach Hound requires a non-refundable deposit to confirm your commission slot. Payment in full is required prior to completion. Peach Hound's preferred payment is through Square Invoices, and an invoice will be sent to your provided email.​ A custom listing can be created for you on our Etsy shop if preferred. A monthly payment plan can be provided through Square Invoices upon request. Terms of the payment plan will vary based on quoted price.

Refunds

​

A full refund will not be provided if the commission has been completed. If a cancellation request is submitted during the construction of your commission, your refund will vary based on the amount of work completed. Your deposit is non-refundable and will not be included in any refund offered. Peach Hound reserves the right to refuse and refund in full at our discretion. 

 

Turn Time​

​

An estimated completion date will be provided upon payment of invoice. Multiple requests to revise, or delays in receiving approval of work in progresses sent, can and will affect the turn time. The completion date does not include shipping time. If you need your commission by or before a specific date, you must provide this to Peach Hound with your initial quote request for review. Rush requests may require an additional fee of at least 15% of the commission price. Rush requests are subject to approval. 

 

Shipping

Unless otherwise stated, your commission will be mailed through USPS. If an expedited shipping method or alternate carrier such as UPS or FedEx is requested, shipping charges will be adjusted to reflect the difference in cost on your invoice. You are responsible for any and all local taxes or duties as applicable in your country. If your custom commission is returned to Peach Hound, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Repairs

You have a 60 day warranty from the time of delivery to contact Peach Hound for assistance with any issues Peach Hound may be at fault for. A detailed description and/or photos will need to be provided via email for review. After the 60 days repair requests are subject to approval and may require an hourly rate depending on the severity of the repair. You will are responsible for return shipping costs.
