Turnaround time for custom commissions can vary though typically range from 7-14 business days. At the time your quote is provided, an estimated turn time will be provided as well. During times of higher volume, it can take up to 4 weeks for a commission to be completed.

You have a 60 day warranty from the time of delivery to contact Peach Hound for assistance with any issues Peach Hound may be at fault for. A detailed description and/or photos will need to be provided via email for review. After the 60 days repair requests are subject to approval and may require an hourly rate depending on the severity of the repair. You will are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend spot cleaning as necessary. If needed, tails can be soaked in the tub with cold water and a gentle detergent such as Woolite. If tub soaking, gently squeeze every 10 minutes or so. To dry, leave out in an open area with a fan. Do NOT use the dryer as this can cause permanent damage. Due to the construction of our ears, we do NOT recommend soaking them in the tub. Ears should be only be gently spot cleaned.
